About Us
The Indian Lake Community Church has a rich history that dates back to 1923 when it began as The Union Sunday School. It was an ecumenical endeavor. Within a few years worship services were started and the church began to evolve. The church began with members from many different denominational backgrounds and many different communities. That is still the case today.
The ILCC has always welcomed all followers of Jesus Christ into fellowship. One of the major strengths of our church is that our membership comes from diverse theological perspectives. Our requirement for membership is a profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Our mission as a church is to enrich lives through the love of Jesus Christ and our neighbor as ourselves.
